They say that a motorcycle can be a sort of extension of your masculinity but I think that's taking it all a bit far

One word - COMPENSATING!!! That is some serious testicular fortitude! As for the lack of helmet... That's why people in my line of work call them "donorcycles"...

With those appendages I don't think he needs a helmet - if the bike was to fall over I think he'd just bounce back upright again
