I made one book about our holiday in Venice (80 pages, A4 landsacpe, around 130 pics out of >500) and one 'best of 2006-2009'. I chose 330 pics out of a few thousands, like 2-10 pages of every (well, not every) place we visited. It's now a 160 pages book, the maximum for blurb if you choose the premium paper.
That's 240 pages in total. Those who have done photo books before know how much work this represents. Photo selection, post processing, grouping, rotating (horizons), finding matching (or contrasting pictures) for each page! In any case, the new blurb software (as compared to the 1st book I did) is much improved and we're looking forward to hold them in our hands.
Will post an overview later.
