I thought I'd finish off the year with some recently taken shots, all taken in the last week or so, one of the real joys of photography to me is being out a dawn is breaking.

I reckon Murph deserves a medal for being there, at that time of the morning. I think that first shot is really outstanding.

Just out of curiosity, where/how do you keep your camera outside in the cold? And for how long?

Happy New Year to you as well Murph :D . Fantastic colours. I like #2 best, very dramatic with the lighthouse and the sun in the frame, and the sea "lashing" the coast.

Thanks for the positive comments guys, I love the early mornings although it is a bit cold at present.

Doc, I just travel to where I'm going with the camera gear in the boot and don't have many problems with the cold, although its only about -5 or 6 C at present
