Please feel free to post photos related to reading in this thread. It has been awhile, let's get a photo thread going! Here is one of mine:

Kevin, those are great! Good work!

Mike, I am much like your puppy, when I read in bed in the evening I often get sleepy. :)

An interesting topic when you have to get a picture of someone in some "private" activity. Here are a couple from me. I liked Henry and Kevin's B&W entries and so I used a similar approach.

Both shot with the A700 and 50/1.7.

I may be pushing the boundaries of "Reading" a bit :D but the pictures in the books are great!

These are wonderful. Reading starts with looking at picture books. She'll be reading before you know it.

I'll have to see what else I might have.

Thanks Henry.

Kevin, I like the one on the sofa especially. I don't know why, but the guitar really makes the picture :? .

Nice 'reading sessions' that are translated into humour and classy coolness depending on the protagonist...

Kevin;

I like your photos but especially the last one where your wife lies on the sofa is my favourite of the bunch so far... The guitar definitely changed the whole perception of the scene: now it's a 'rock 'n roll' reading moment which presents an edge out of otherwise a 'romantic' look. Also the horizontal stand of the sofa contrasting with the vertical stand of the guitar is an attractive element of the 'cool' scene....

Wonder what you'll be doing when the kids are around ... :D

Birma;

Tilly is always a wonderful natural model and you capture her nicely... :D As always I'm a fan of her lovely round cheeks that she generously shares with us !

Mike;

The puppy leaves no room for words....It's all in the photo. :D
I suppose this might mean that you got a new puppy? How nice!

Bakubo;

I like your randomly-chosen reading people...It's always interesting when one catches a reaction, a facial movement like the rise of a brow or sometimes a stoned expression that continues for long moments that provide no clue of what the book is about...

Thanks for sharing,

Yildiz

Kevin, I like both of those photos a lot. I especially like the color one.

Anyone have some more photos?

John, your wife is beautiful, and that's a very good shot. How did you light it?
