They'd all look heaps better at a bigger size I reckon, I really like the lighthouse scene especially, (that's another seascape in portrait view that works, for me).
Nice.

What I do when I save an image, in say Elements Editor, I use the 'Save for Web' under the File menu and usually set the size at 800 OR 1000 pixels on the long side, and set the quality at about 20 or 25 (out of 100), then the size is ok to post here and the file size is only about 60 to 80K, then it doesn't take long to open if someone looks at it, the quality isn't showcase but at normal viewing distance it's usually alright. (anyway I always say it's the content/subject thats the interesting thing, that people want to see mostly...I think)

Aha, success. Quality not as good as original photo, but it is bigger than the previous uploaded version.
Thank you.
Cenwyn.

The lighthouse looks like it's got a slight lean to the left now, I didn't notice that before in the smaller size....still a very nice scene though..well, I like it anyway.

Much much better in bigger sizes. I agree with Greg on the lighthouse.

Beautiful pictures cenwyn. I love the reflections in the loch - quite 'painterly'. The lighthouse is my favourite, but I am a sucker for this subject (we've had at least one thread just about lighthouses in the past

). I'm glad we got the images in a larger size now - it really shows of the great detail in the shots.

Hi Cenwyn,
I like them all for different reasons. The intersecting geometries of the boardwalks, the reflections and the magnificent vegetation that hides the horizon from our eyes.
The lighthouse is enhanced with underwater-life showing clearly in the shallow water near to us. The colour transition is interesting, from soft yellows to deep blues in the distance. The lighthouse is intriguing for standing in the middle of the water instead of a height along the shoreline.
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz
