A very attractive river scene Hawk. I especially picture #2 with the misty mountains in the background. A good advert for the lens.

Thanks Birma.
Here are three more from same location. I'll close this series later this week with third part of photos. Today I present you dusk. Last part will be with sunset.
BTW, last one in this set was taken with Tamron 55-200.

Hi Hawk, another 3 lovely images of the river. I like the last one with the layers of the scene disappearing in to the haze. The other two don't seem to have quite the same quality of light and interest in the sky as the first set - but this may just be me

.

Indeed light and skies aren't as good as in first set. Thats because all from second set were shoot more directly towards sun. Thanks for visiting again Birma

Looks like a weekly-time-lapse shooting, Hawk.
I'm sure it would make an interesting time lapse movie with a bit of shifting and awkard angles...but still would be nice I think.. : )
Composition-wise I would agree with Birma on that the composition has more to offer but as a documented scenery I find them all valuable: this is a very interesting water land which probably is home to millions of tiny and big creatures and plants.
Thanks for sharing and anticipating the next batch. : ))

I guess using Cokin filters would turned these wonderful pictures to extra-wonderful. I think you didn't loose a thing not having those graduated/polarizer filters with you.

Thanks Doc and Yildiz!
Here is promised last set of Dunajec photos. From all images taken on that single day (not weekly-time-lapse

) I like those two most.

Very nice photos. I like both of them, but my personal favorite is the second photo.
For me, the small figure of the fisherman at the lower left converts a nice image into a very nice image.
With best wishes,

Both stunning shots. I love the colours and the drama in the first, and as Tom says the figure in silhouette is brilliant in the second. A very productive stretch of river for you I think

Hi Hawk, : )
I think these are the photos with the warmest colours from you so far, Hawk. You nicely registered the changes the region goes through at different times of day or week...
Good work! This was a nice little project. : )
