And you got vivid to start with before adding the camera setting - great light for this time of year. I wish we had that.

St Ives has amazing light, it was crystal clear today
Heres a slightly better angle

The second one with the reflection in the water just nails the shot, but the reds look a little cartoonish. How are they processed from RAW w/o the Vivid setting?

Hi Vaughan, : )
St. Ives has a very interesting local architecture and colour palette for their walls. A good choice of time for shooting; the tide being out provides some very nice plot settings with the smooth sand and puddles of water.
Lovely tiny boats with warm colours. The A100 is doing just fine.
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Hi Vaughan, very nice shots of St. Ives. I visited there in July and it is a great spot with, as you say, lovely light. We stayed in a harbour-side cottage in the background in these two shots. I would very much like to visit again, but probably not in July

Looks like a nice place, I remember a couple of Birma's shots from there also. Those shots came out well.
