Not sure if my pics convey the atmosphere here , but I liked the feel of this place today....kinda deserted man !!

Hi Vaughan, : )

I especially loved the first photo with the widest angle and coverage, where a veil of lacey transparency from the mist hardly conceals any of the small heights topped with grass on the landside.

Can see how it's drawn you to it like a magnet. :)

The other two are nice as well but I think the first is the most impressive for my visual senses.

Isn't it just a fabulous beach ?, the dunes harbour abundant wildlife, one of my favourite North Devon Beaches especially in winter, almost completely undeveloped too despite have good access by road (which is usually the death of a good beach)....its called Saunton Sands btw (near Barnstaple Nth Devon)
