Early one morning ...

Today was one of those rare days when I woke up early, it was forecast to be a sunny start to the day, and I had the luxury of time to go out and take some pictures. These are all from a local common called the Old Hills, just outisde of Worcester, quite near the Malvern Hills. It was a fosty start to the day and cloudless, if a bit hazy.

Birma, you can surely win competitions with these shots, specially the second one.

Really love #2 Birma, needs to be a setting for a scene in a mystery novel.

great atmospheric shots birma, I seen some similar shots as I was passing warrington on the M6 /M62 and was dying to stop but I was running late for a meeting, the depth in these shots is brilliant

Great series Birma- That second one is spectacular. I love the detail through the mist. Well done!

Thanks Gio67 - I know what you mean about missing out on shots - I also drive around quite a bit with work and it is just gutting to whizz past great scenes because I need to get to a meeting etc.

Thanks John :D

Nice shots Birma, great to be out early on mornings like these. They communicate the atmosphere well.

Best wishes
