Burrowing Owls in the Southern California Desert
My first post to this forum. These were taken with my a900 and Minolta 600mm f/4 lens.

I too like the last one. That 600mm lens definitely gives you the reach for shots like these. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome John - and what fantastic shots of those owls. That last one is especially good. 600mm I didn't realise such a monster existed. You have put it to good use.

Brilliant shots and welcome. We had one of these at our camera club shoot - very tiny. Number 4 is my favourite. Mimd you if you're lugging that monster of a lens around in the heat you deserve to get some great shots!
