I miss the 7D

The Minolta Maxxum 7D is/was one of the most intuitive tools that Alpha shooters have/had at their disposal. The passing of Steve Jobs reminds us that technology is always subservient to creativity, that technology should be used to create products that enhnace our creative lives. Here are a few pictures taken with my Maxxum 7D (five years ago now). It's your typical zoo pictures (at the San Diego Zoo), but the colors that Minolta wringed from that piece of electronics is still a wonder.
