Love the pics of the bird fight in the tree
Well the damn Owl havent been seen in a few days so have been taking pictures of random things at the location, and the willow buds are in full bloom right know, so they have been getting some attention of the A7RM3 and the SEL100400GM.
Must say the combo is super sharp even in tuff lightning like the images bellow.
100% crop

Very nice. Do I see noise in the shadows or is it my monitor in the 100% crop?

It´s probably noise and some sharpening artefakts, the image is tweaked a bit in LR so the buds wouldn't be black black, it´s edited for fb 2048px and i did not change anything for the crop.sury wrote:Very nice. Do I see noise in the shadows or is it my monitor in the 100% crop?

That owl surely looks eerie against the black background. Keeping a keen eye on you while you're clicking away, Valery!

I myself was very much surprised that I found the Owl at night, by sound and long ago far from home. Use to focused manually in complete darkness. I took my car, drove as close as possible and took pictures from the window so as not to frighten away the owl.
