Yorkies are not cheap. It's odd that someone is not looking for it.
Funny how dogs and other animals let you save them. Somehow they know.
You are the Good Samaritan.

Well we have our battles to say the least :) depending on the mood of the lins it´s either backfokusing or just takes blurry pictures, and the detail drops of dramatically after ~10 meters. But on a good day it works ok, i am just now ( this very minut ) thinking about getting the Sony 70-400 5,6, they sell it at 15% off ( and all Sony linses ) this weekend so i have about 6 hours to decide :D

I have 70-400, 4-5.6 Gen1 lens and had that lens for few years now. I have been very happy with it.
I do not know much about 70-400, 4-5.6 Gen 2 lens which is about 7 years old (I could be off by a year or two).
I had my 70-400 on A900 and on A99M2. Never regretted purchasing it. Well, my brother bought me that as a gift
for my 25th wedding anniversary, so absolutely no regrets. :P
My only complaint is that the lens became heavier as I became older.

well i have placed the order now :)
what i can see it came out mid/late 2013 so about 6 years old construction, i have been thinking about moving on to the mirrorless cameras but i dont like the small bodies so i am hoping for a mirrorless A99 III :D :D but sadly it feels like Sony is killing the A-mount series...

Dennis, good luck with the lens. I am sure you will enjoy it.
As for A-mount being killed, there seems to be no dearth of
opinions. According to a post on DPR, Sony has showcased
A-mount with A99m2 at recent CP+ exhibition.

I have been hearing about A-mount demise ever since first A7r and the
family of E-mount cameras announced circa 2013. Six years since
that dooms day prediction, here I am, and I will continue to live one photo
at a time till no alternative exists.

To me, killing A-mount impacts if my current camera dies and no
new bodies (of even existing models) are available. Worst case scenario
is potential write off of existing lenses.
Substantial loss but not end of the world. I make the last statement with
utmost sensitivity to financial constraints/limitations faced by majority.
