Portrait, June, 2012

Unread post by Anne_LilyofTheValley »

Hi all,

I didn't have time to visit the forum but I have missed you a lot. I hope you're having a great summertime :)

This is one of the latest portraits by me with Takumar 50mm f1.4 lens

I did some Photoshopping: skin tone, removed imperfections a bit. And added white gradient in the bottom.

Hi Anne, : )

Long time no see...

I think you made a good choice with the portrayed model; her eye colour and a little play with make up, especially the colour of the lipstick and the dark thick eye-liner accentuates her feaures while the pink brings a fresh and healthy touch of feminizm ...

When Doc mentioned a second shot I was expecting an other model's face but I like the parted lips that reveal the white teeth agains the pink with the anticipation of a few words...

Been a long time since you shot these, so, any new ones that are more recent? : ))

Thanks for sharing,

Yildiz

Thank you Yildiz for your feedback. I appreciate it.

These shots are the recent ones.

Here are another shots from that 20 min. photoshoot I managed during my lunch break.

Thank you very much Doc, I also like the first one. I tried my best to get that look from my friend.

1st shot proves that taking pictures is not the same thing as creating art.
Fine work.
