I'm working on a new DIY project. The aim is to make a flexible ring flash adapter that can also be used for wireless rim lighting. I tested the working prototype and my kids were happy to pose:





and this is the core of the new adapter:

I will have time only in the weekend, but I will post some detailed pictures about the rig.

Great shots, much better than my own dedicated ring flash, especially my old Minolta flash guns

Thanks, yes indeed, I like these DIY a lot. But this last one was a bit insane and quite costly, but finally it works almost as good as I imagined. Some more details on my blog abot the system with example shots:

I have to say Marcell, your neat ring-ligt projects are inspiring.

Very neat experiment with the puppet. Even I want to go out there and get a some tools to make such experiments now.
