My wife and I have been collecting wines from the year we were married and have been
opening them with friends over last few weeks. These wines did hold up reasonably well
after 25 years though I must admit my 25 years of marital bliss has been better....

Andy,
My wife is not a Single Malt person though she loves the aroma of a peaty one. I lean towards
Speysides. I did have a 30 year old Talisker at a friend's place over the holidays.
I will suggest
that we should collect single malts of 30, 35, 40 years of age and so on and should share it at 5
year intervals. Great idea. Thank you.
