Took a little boat ride across Jenny Lake at Grand Teton National Park. On the way to Inspiration Point, stopped by this waterfall.

Grand Teton National Park is one of the most inspiring places I have ever visited. I want to visit it as often as I can, but alas, it's in Wyoming and well... Thanks for looking.

Wow! But why it's B/W ?

Wow +1 ! What a magnificent waterfall. Great picture. I quite like the B&W as it really focuses you on that amazing cascade of white water.

I added the color version of the image. I am not quite sure which one I like better though.

Both are great.

My vote is for B&W. Very dramatic.

I prefer the B&W, although I think it may have been better with the deeper base as seen in the colour version. I love the way that the yellow trees look like snow in the B&W version and make the image seem colder.
