JBTaylor's "Party Colors"

Hi,
I am pretty sure that I saw a thread started by JBTaylor, titled something like 'Party colors' or the like. When I returned to the forum to comment I couldn't find it.
Did he remove his post?
Anyone remembering the post from yesterday ?

It would be no use asking me Yildiz, my memory is about as handy as a hip pocket in a singlet. But for what it’s worth I don’t recall a thread began by JBT, I can’t remember one by him in a long time, although he might just as well have had one that I didn’t get to see before it vanished, that’s entirely possible.
Well now that you’ve begun one I suppose we could always post some party colour pictures (if anyone has some) in honour of the possibly deceased thread. RIP JBT party colour thread (just in case).

You always make me smile! You and your short-cut ideas of seeing the opportunity. : )
OK then, all are free to post their own interpretation of party colours. Consider it the party colour thread. : )
I'm pretty sure, Greg. I saw a post by JBTaylor last night (it was night time here in Istanbul) which had a couple of bottles, a couple of balloons and the cowboy Sheriff Woody from Toys tory movie. Lots of shallow DoF in the frames and nice bright colours too.
I've been looking into other threads to find but couldn't.
Well here we go then. If anybody's got party photos with lots of colours and interesting bits, please post. It's official by Greg's request. : ))

I deleted it.
Having doubts about my perspective lately.

Who isn't? : )
I doubt that we'd have difficulty surviving a couple of your 'doubtful' frames, JBTaylor. We're pretty tough ...
It's good to know that I wasn't just imagining things after all.

I don't remember seeing this one but it looks lovely. Woody and his friends on a delight of sweetness.
JBTaylor, I visited your website in your profile and the photos were all there. That must have been a very colourful birthday event.

Neat preference of colour and a good cake too.
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Saturday was a baby baptism and Sunday was a birthday party for the 4 year old. Kids, kids, kids. It was good to return to the quiet of home on Sunday night.

Lovely smooth bokeh in that shot JB - and the cakes look yummy!

Thanks Birma. The shot is not all that different from the narrow shots of flowers that you have been taking.

A few more. All at 1.4.
Suspended cake.
Lilly waiting in line for the face painter.
Going home with a painted face,

Those are great JB, and as you say, I am a big fan of a restricted dof with a nice creamy bokeh

. I especially like the balloon picture - great colours.

Thanks Birma.
What more could one want; being Spiderman with candy and balloons in one hand and juice in the other.

Hi JBTaylor, : )
Good set. I like them all but I also will favour photo where the little boys are heading happily home with their day's earnings and heroships...probably was earned the hard way.
Thanks for sharing,
