Mile stone of sorts

I crossed 50000 clicks on my A900 and here is the 50001 shot.
Since there is no way I could have 10000, 20000, 30000, 40000, and
50000, I skipped five more and here the Milestone shot.

I was on a weekend trip to Grand Canyon and Sedona in Arizona.
I just uploaded them to my computer. I have not processed any yet.
Could not wait to share....

Where was that taken from Sury? It’s an impressive view that’s for sure but I get the impression it was on a plane for some reason…which if it was, was flying lower than the surrounding ground level, at the time, but if it was from a vantage point that’s not so bad.
The A900 has 5000 shots up, I reckon it’s only just run in, good work it’ll be taking great photos for a long time yet.

Thank you. Greg, it was taken from a vantage point on terra firma.
I know it can be improved with processing but I could not wait. 50000
clicks was a mile stone for me. Only issue I see with the camera
is it seem to have gained weight. I find it heavier and heavier. Something
to do with that darned CZ24-70 I suspect.

Well, to save weight you could always get a NEX or m4/3.

I bought a used Nex5 for the missus already.
I was sorely tempted by A7/r but at this time, I am
leaning more towards quenching my lens thirst.
I know that the members of this forum are a "bad"
influence in a very good way, and am looking at
whose recent acquisition would tempt me.
