That's a great shot Valery, but I'm a little disappointed that you beat me to it. :) I'm still waiting to see the little owlets in my tree.

That emerald motmot is absolutely gorgeous.

Good shot of the owlets. They met their first photographer in nature and that gaze is very intent from a youngster. They look so innocent and fluffy.

ps I think the one with a bee (I think), is related to the bee eater we have here who also have those long tail feathers in the breeding season, maybe not as long or as large as those on the mot mot though. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=bee ... &FORM=IGRE

Interesting shot Charlie. The poor little guy's egg must have been pretty small. He's got quite a kink in his neck.
