Interesting cars. I really like the pp treatment on the second picture.

Each and every one of them are absolutely beautiful, Sury.
Great to hear that they actually can make a day's racing too. : ) The rusty-looking one in the second one with the bucket is such an eye-catcher full of nostalgia. The first and the third are looking very pristine and shiny with those polished paint jobs and the brass parts.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Jeff and Yildiz. I do not think the middle one raced, so I stand corrected.
The interesting thing about these races is that a car must be at least 20 years old to
participate in the race. So the races are grouped by year (and by decade for older ones).
This race at Laguna Seca coincides with Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance and associated
auctions around Pebble Beach and Monterey that total few 10s of $millions if not more.

It looks like you had a fun day. You did a assume job giving the camera a workout! The photos look great.

Then this happens:
But the race goes on. Fortunately, the driver was shook up and was unharmed (visibly at the least). He walked on his own
to the waiting ambulance. The car is a toast, as they say.

Thank you Andy and Pitter.
This is famous Cork Screw turn at Laguna Seca. You come sharp left and then make tight right and while doing it, you lose altitude.
Many a driver lost control negotiating this turn. Check this Youtube Video.

WoW! Super shots!

I hope, not you blinded the drivers with a flash...
