im trying to do some stuff if you get time google Brian Beeny he is a master at mixing images to gether and makes a living from fine art imaging.

it will make a only 6 by 7 photo i was trying for A4 ar 300 pmm.

It being your blending software? Which SW are you using for merging the images?
PS always allows you to change the size.

I don't use PSE but I would guess it would be almost identical to PS. For example you can check this out.
If you search for image resize in ps elements, you will find plenty examples. Also, a free SW called Irfanview
is also a good option. Hope it helps.
