I been busy like a crazy for 2 week with shooting a Folklorama, it's very small part from the work:

Wonderful set, Valery! Is the idea for all of the different groups in Winnipeg to celebrate their different folk heritages?

It's Folklorama - 40 pavilions from different countries. Every country, nation has represent his national tradition and culture for two week. Pavilion works only for one week. We did the reportages some pavilions, not all of them it's almost impossible for so short time.

Wow! The colors in the first one are amazing, but I'm not sure anything would look bad on that beauty!

Hi Valery,
Just great! All of them are nicely taken. I like the portraitures a little more; the make up on the girls, the bright colours of the authentic, traditional textiles and the lovely expressions on the girls' faces make for wonderful shots.

Nice set Valery. Since these were taken around the same time (I assume),
does the first one has any yellowish/greenish cast? Just wondering.

Around the same time - about two week.
The first shot done under a very strong green-yellow light. I don't know why organisers Indian pavilion like that color.
It's actually very hard to correct.

Sure you can, no problem at all.
My idea was keep an atmosphere of each the pavilion.
Anyway your opinion about the indian pavilion very helpful.

Thank you. Also, since the shot was such a close up, I think there is not much about the pavilion I can help you with,
but the colors are captured very nicely. Indian outfits especially for the ladies tend to be very bright and colorful and
did very well.
Here is the first one with a single stroke fix in LR. Mind you, I downloaded the low res image. I should have tried the full
res. but I can do it if you think this is any better.
This one is treated very lightly in Portrait Professional.
