Few more from tonight at home. We had a dinner on Friday night and thus had few bouquets "lying" around.
With 135/f1.8. That lens has become an enigma to me and as JB predicted, forces me to think differently.
If I had not been familiar with macro photography, I would have struggled a lot with such slim DoF.
These were taken with camera on tripod, focus stacking done using Zerene Stacker. At one point, I was tempted
to put the camera/lens on a macro slider but trying to move the focus ring by less than a mm, gave me a more
intimate feel for the lens behavior.
Also tried to be less ham fisted with PP, trying hard to keep the creaminess of the bokeh which could be lost due to stacking.
This is my first attempt at PP which kept lens characterisitc in mind rather than the image per se.
Any suggestions or tips to improve are (as) always welcome.
