Thanks and absolutely. In both case the nests were in the yard.

Thanks Andy. And to add to the story, the adult owl is the same one as last year. I zoomed in on her eyes and the lower left eyelid has a scar in the same place. I'm not sure what the scar was from or how old it is, but it's interesting to see the same bird return to the exact same nest.
