I am guessing that those folks are used to being photographed and are OK with it. I find it uncomfortable to take someone else's picture if they know I am doing it. I assume you have no issues. Feel free to share your thoughts if you like.

I do not know if these vendors are used to being photographed. I know for sure there were quite a few
people dressed in traditional Inca garb and often accompanied by a Llama who would be willing to
pose for a "fee" of couple of Soles (local currency). This one falls under street photography or candid photography,
according to me.
I am very self conscious about taking photos of strangers but when you are in a tourist place, you are
can't take any photos if you have to take permission of everyone in your pictures. This one was taken
when I saw the vendor but could not figure out if she is feeling sorry for not making a sale or bored or
preoccupied with life in general. I don't think she was aware of being photographed.
