Looks almost like art and looks nice.
I feel contrast could be dialed down a notch
based on what I see on my monitor.

This picture is from Pushkar Fair Rajasthan.
I have tried to reduce the contrast etc. as per your observations.
Please guide how I can improve it further if needed.
