I made best use of our family holidays in croatia and went shooting early in the morning into the harbour of krk town on krk island. This red series is one of the results I like best.

Very good series. It always helps to find a theme when shooting pix. A certain colour, a shape, an element like lines, or shadows, or reflections; any common theme. The series of pictures always adds up to more than the best single one can.

Everyone above said everything nice that could be said about these good photos.
They have a graphic-art quality and no doubt that's what you were after, bold colours, lofty distict geometric forms and layers of worn paint still show how time's been hard on the ship hull. And the texture detail of the cast-iron mechanical parts combined with graphical forms is strongly fluent as art.
Thanks for the post Markus,
Yildiz
