Excellent set David. Tough to pick a favorite. :)
Could be my office monitor but I see the clouds
in the first one are tad noisy. It may very well
be my monitor.

Thanks for the kind comments Jeff & Sury.

Sury, I don’t see noise on my screen, maybe it is
more forgiving. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi David Antony;

Kicking Horse River has a grand-scale impressive look, especially with those misty-looking clouds grazing the tops of the trees and blanketing the valley alround. I couldn't see any noise in the clouds either, Sury. :)

"That" mustard is so striking, changing the photo into a painted graphical art with those cone-capped silos and poignent low structures.
And, only you'd find joy in photographing a rusty, old thing with a touch of human hand to give it the romantic good-old-days look. Very healthy potted, purple-pink morning glories (?) there..

Thanks for sharing the scenes of your vicinity, David Antony. :) Inspiring.

Yildiz

I am very happy to settle for "it is my monitor, not you". :)

I have been thinking about the first image for a couple of days now. It finally occurred to me that I fell like I am between things. Can't see enough of the mountains, the water, or the trees. Does the cloud help? I don't know. Would moving the camera in either direction provide a different feel? Again, I don't know. Do I like the image? Yes. Do I want something more? Yes. Do I know what that is? No.
I hope you are not offended by my thoughts on the image. But I have been thinking about it.
As for # 2, it's a home run.

Thanks for the input JB.

The photo was taken at 4:45 am Pacific Time. I am pretty sure Field,
British Columbia is on Mountain Time. So it would've been 5:45am.

Sun was just peeping over Mt Douglas, it was still quite dark.
My eyes were barely open at the time. ة_ة
