I have already seen these pictures on a flicker, I should note - excellent, a fascinating bird. Sury - you are lucky that you filmed these birds in the wild.

All three are lovely, my favourite being 3rd where one flamingo is either preparing to take off or land…

They are in flight about to land.



Just landed



Their beaks are constantly in the water filtering food (insects, larvae etc). Their food is rich in beta carotene hence the pink/red color.

They are beautiful, Sury, and you captured them nicely.
They are not as pink as the ones that live in Africa or some other places probably due to distinctive what they feed on here, around these habitats. Not much red algae or invertebrates, apparently. They are a beautiful contrast, tough.
