Ratings enabled on the Gallery

I have now enabled all registered users to rate images in the gallery. While there were few images, I felt that there would not be enough to compare. Now we have a good selection, let's go! You can now rate images from one to five stars. Please use 3 stars as a fair medium. Zero stars just means no rating has been given and has no effect on the cumulative statistic.
