just a quickie to introduce myself to all and say hi.got myself my first DSLR,a sony alpha 100..which seems a fine bit of kit,and bought on recommendation of a friend who has one.i am a complete novice,and have only used a point and shoot before,but i've just enrolled at my local college to do a 30 week course in digital photography,so looking forward to that,and looking forward to learning a bit from you guys in the future :wink:

They always like to do these things over the winter season to make sure you get bad pix!
