Just to say hello
I am using an a100 and started photographing with a reflex as no camera was fast enough to capture the kids, and it drives me mad to press the button one second in advance
But I got more and more interested... (must sound familiar )
I am also using lightroom to organize my pictures and do little adjustments.

Let me add my welcome, too, Hercules. Shutter lag is a bad thing. It's one of the reasons I often wish there were manual focus DSLRs. A never bought AF SLRs before I bought my a350.
