Hi there, im new on here and glad i found this site, im from Scotand and own a 230a with an extra 300mm Sony lens which i love and hope to improve with tips from this site, Just new to the dslr scene and find my 230 a great entry camera. I mainly shoot typical family shots but my main passion is aircraft and love hillwalking in the Highlands especially Glencoe. Hope i get the oppertunity for you guys to let me into a few tips on Sony Dslr photography.

You're in the right place for that! :)

Welcome to the forum! Looking forward seeing those aircrafts and Scottish highlands. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. There are very knowledgable people visiting here regularly, so there's bound to be someone with an answer to your questions.

Above all: have fun!

Mark

Hi Mark111, welcome from me as well :) . Glencoe is a stunning area for landscape pictures. I hope we can look forward to seeing some of your pictures from the area. As Mark has said, there are usually people who can help with queries you may have so ask away.
