Old Photo Adverts...

Unread post by bfitzgerald »

Doesn't have to be cameras, could be anything photo related. I will kick it off with the 7D, quite expensive for it's day. Feel free to post your own

These were strange cameras, I can appreciate the idea though being left handed myself!

From an article in Pop Photo, suggesting makers should get rid of the reflex design!

Thank you for this post. I enjoyed seeing the KM 7D ad. This camera was my first digital SLR. My copy still works perfectly. It is a cherished item in my collection.
What has happened to this forum? I check it out everyday. There are no more new posts. Maybe, I'm in the dark about another website or forum, that the people drifted to for information exchange. I hope they all didn't die from the Covid vaxx. I know how lethal it is, because many have died , many in their sleep, or are down from strokes and heart attacks. We live in a dangerous world. Barry, I hope you are still with us. Maybe you moved on permanently to another system.

Regards,

The Rurikid

Sony should bring back sexy into their camera ads. Thanks for those gems. I remember the "Photo Camel" website. It's gone too.

These days Mom pulls out her smartphone to snap a pic of the kiddos. Years ago she carried this in her purse.
