What goes around comes around..

When i started photography at the age of about 16, some 35 years + ago I used a Praktica Mtl 3. It was built like a tank (and weighed about the same) but it was a good camera to learn on. I visited my mum today and while i was talking about my second eldest daughter telling me she'd like a film camera for her art studies, she said that reminds me, went off and came back with my late dads Praktica BC1 complete with pentacon 50mm 1.8 and 28 mm 2.8 and Practika 70-210. Dad died 20 years ago so the unused films are a wee bit past their sell by date but its strange to think my daughter will be starting off with a praktica - i wonder what she'll end up with in 35 years time?

Rather it was a 29mm f/2.8
I had an MTL-3 (for a short while). I specially liked the shutter knob.
