But at its introductory price I'm not sure how many they will sell for what is in essence a ( much better ) alternative to a high level point and shoot. It just doesn't seem to fit in with the mass market P & S or to be sold as an alternative to the A2xx/A3xx type basic DSLR.I has a basic Olympus Pen EE-2 for many years - half frame,zone focusing with a selinium cell exposure meter so it didn't even need a battery. The new Pen would appear to be very much more upmarket but something that you could use for decent picture taking whilst blending in with the crowd if your budget doesn't run to a Leica M 8.2.
