It seams that Instagram want all rights to your photos, forever, if you use their service.

I know this wont fly in some countries because of existing laws, but here in the US they may just get away with it.

As Instagram is now part of "Faceplant" the best solution is to remove yourself from their estate. No loss to you..

Yes, listening to the huge sucking sound of accounts being cleaned out!

Notice they don't say "We'll never sell your photos", just that we intend to link your photos to businesses for advertising purposes.
