Sony 18-250 mm competitive price

Unread post by [email protected] »

Anyone wanting a Sony 18-250mm lens (for A100 - A700) will find a price of £329 at Jessops IF they can find a Jessops store with the lens in stock. I have just bought one, but do not know how long that price will last for.

See Jessop CLEARANCE at Glasgow, Eastleigh, London and Birmingham. They have stuff like 17-70mm Sigma for Nikon at £77 or something. Sadly, very little Sony. They had the Sony 18-200mm for £116 (but it's no way as good as the 18-250mm). These deals are call and collect only. If they were mail order, I would have had the 18-200mm to go with the A350 I am handing over to Ailsa, as the 16-105mm she's getting would have sold for £250 or so s/h mint. But I think she will be better off with the 16-105mm. There is no web page, you must download a PDF file for each store. Nikon and Canon owners are lucky - Sigma SD owners even more so, flashguns for £20 and lenses for about a quarter of retail.
