Nice bokeh from that lens. BTW, are you on some kind of crusade for plastic lenses or something?

Those have a contrast which I think is better than the similar Sigma Apo 70-300mm shots. I had the Cosina version of this lens for a while and it was great at this sort of distance - it began to be not so wonderful at the closest focus, compared to the Minolta 100mm, but it was fine for general close and even landscape stuff.

Don, I think it would be interesting to put 2 photos of the same subject with those 2 lenses without mentioning. That would be interesting I think. Let the members decide which is best (but whenever post processing, you have to use same parameters for both, more or less)
