Photoclubalpha

I'll have to film some forniture that will go on sale (eBay, Craig List...) and the client wants a couple of short videos too (output: youtube like) NO real budget for the video, so I postponed one more time shopping for an HD camera (I was about to buy the new Sony Webbie...)
The question is: Will I get better quality filming at 15fps or 30 fps?
