Initially there was couple of seconds lag, but then it became faster. There was no lag in uploading
the (low res) images to the phone. You can control the image size to be uploaded instantaneously.
I read somewhere that the uploading is faster on Andriod using NFC. I have not found any major
issues. Fundamentally, the camera decides everything and that is somewhat irksome to DSLR users
who are used to full control. She got some very good images and she seems to be happy with it.
I think the zoom and the low light capture are two big sellers for her. She has not tried the "selfie"
yet using the camera independently. I am expecting my daughter once she comes home from University
for holidays will take full advantage of the camera.
