Crazy stitching with A900 :-)

This weekend i have tried to do my first stitching landscape picture with my A900.

The only problem i have found for now, and probably some people there can help me, using a polarized circular filter make my sky not look constant in the color (because I'm changing the angle of view by doing a 360deg ... ).

I'm not a fan of photoshop ... (most of my picture i only processed it in lightroom, or use direct jpeg if i don't have to correct basic setting). But i think i will have not choice to go through it to fix it.

By the way here is the result for now.

From RAW, adjusted in Ligthroom (i have crank up the contrast and sharpness and detail a little bit , and done some fill light too).

Yeah, I haven't seen too many stitched panoramas that have successfully used a circular polarizing filter. Did you ever work on this image any more?

On a side note, the picture illustrates very well the effects of a CPL (why do we call it a CPL when its clearly a CPF?)

No, i have not yet put any other effort on the picture (to much other picture to process :-) ).

The thing in becoming to realized is that the A900 is eating my HDs very fast ! , Now i haven't done so much revaluation of if i need or not to keep a picture on my drive. I will tell in some way that this is improving me to get only the very good picture, and becoming to erase the good one ... :-).

It has been a long time since I have tried to make another big stitching session with the A900.

Another one executed this weekend visiting my sister, incredible view from there living room. Picture taken with 10 secondes exposition each picture at ~0 celcious. About 1 minutes by view combininng 10 sec delay, noise processing and second shot to take the best. Total of about 30 minutes non stop.

Lens use : Minolta 400mm HS F/4.5, ISO 200 at F7.1, infinity focus.

The watermark was looking softer on my screen laptop, but I just realized it is a little bit to hard. I will change it :-)

The 10 secondes exposition is a good tips to remove any life being :-) Only car leaves their line in the picture.

I have tried it, pretty straight forward. I didn't do quite as "wide" image as Frank though.
