Is the A500 ready to be introduced? Looking around on Adorama today, I came I came across this: http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=B ... hooseBrand" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Choose Sony, and A500 comes up as a device in the drop-down menu. Maybe they know something we don't?

A500 to debut?
An a700, an a550 and couple of a580s, plus even more lenses (Zeiss included!).

Re: A500 to debut?
Well, the last battery in the series of accessories looks interesting:

NP-F570H
InfoLithium very similar to the FM500H, same voltage (DSLR compatible) but almost 50% extra capacity. Probably belongs in a camcorder but would be a logical change for Sony for a future DSLR with video recording function.
Unfortunately, Sony already has an A500 - or more than one.

Hunting around this model number seems popular in the video dept!
