I need some help.


Does anyone have a phone number for someone at Sony that they know personally I can call and talk to about a service issue and get it resolved?

I'm at the end of my rope with Sony and their standard "customer service" and "customer relations" department. Please if someone knows a person there who can help me get my brand new Alpha 350 fixed without me having to pay for it, let me know.

If I do not get satisfaction on this issue, Sony is losing me as a customer forever -- and I will tell everyone I know about how Sony treats their loyal customers.

So please, if you know someone at Sony who is an actual human being instead of a script-fed drone, and who is willing to help me get satisfaction here, please let me know.

I am sorry I cannot help you but I must say I know how you feel. It is a curse of our age and occurs at all levels and with very many companies. Real people who are willing and knowledgeable enough to help is becoming a rarity, so many are just sitting behind their computers doing virtual stuff

Well they fixed it.

It was weird, they shipped it back, repaired after telling me they were not going to fix it without $300.

All's well that ends well, I guess. . .

Aperture control of lens didn't work.

Wow thats not one i've seen mentioned before. did that just happen all of a sudden? wonder why they would say no at first ?
