Unread post by jonathanh »

Does anyone know of a comercially made sound blimp that would fit either the a700 or a900.

Many thanks

Welcome to the forum Jonathan. I do not know of any - but if you can find one made to fit the Nikon D700 or D3, it should easily accommodate either the A900 or A700. I know the Dynax 7D was being used on filmsets without a blimp but the shots must have been taken by arrangement. I can't imagine using the A900 in a recording situation or a high level classical concert (etc).

Thank you. I'd never "heard" of it before

Seems very expensive.
