Happiness is...

A clean sensor. Somehow, I got a spot on mine.

It was there for a week or so, bugging the $#!+ out of me on vertical sky shots (the only place it was visible). I must have cleaned my lens and filters a dozen times before I figured it out. Took my camera in for a cleaning (that was expensive), but I'd rather have the pros do it that have my stupid @$$ jack things up.
My life has returned to balance.....

Seeing as how they have hot pixel mapping, if I'm remembering correctly, the DSLR's do an automatic hot pixel map about once a month automatically, wouldn't it be cool if they introduced blue sky or white cloud spot mapping and automatically got rid of the little blighters for us....
