Digital zoom in A99

The best thing I learn from using Nikon cameras is the selection of image area...like my D800 allows me to choose crop factor from 1.0 to 1.7 and 1.5. However, Sony's version does not all me to do so with RAW file, at least in A77. Will this be possible in A99?
