according to Chasseur d'Images. Their test seems quite good; though there are a few mistakes (like DRO was invented by Minolta and is outdated now). Unlike previous models, it's easy to use (isn't it the same as an A700?). Also, the omission of lifeview now is a serious obstacle.
On the other hand, they talk about the super viewfinder and image quality same as the Canon 1D Mark 3!

he says: New A900 is brilliant. Maybe he isn't focused on low contrast fine detail in low light cat pics :)

Thats funny. I wrote "tha ts cen sor ship!" (without the spaces) and the forum displays "That's c*nsorsh*p - gotcha!!"
