Yashica Electro 35 in his hands

Unread post by bakubo »

We are still here in Kuala Lumpur and while walking in a shopping mall I happened to see this big wall mural advertising something. I noticed that the young guy has an Yashica Electro 35 in his hands. I bought one as a Christmas gift for someone in 1977. I bet the model in this advertisement had no clue how to use that thingamajig they put in his hands.

If I owned the car I wouldn't even let him sit in the driver's seat.

The only Yashica I have owned is a Yashica Mat-124G twin lens reflex from back in the 1970s. It uses 120 roll film. Mine is packed away back in the States though.
